Payment of Fees Notice - Probate Office

The Stamps Office Áras Uí Dhálaigh is re-opened to the public from the 13th July 2020.

Seat Office Applications --- the Notice of Application must be stamped with the relevant fee.

Rules Office & General Office Applications --- Fees must be paid by stamp duty on the relevant document.

Cheques or postal orders will no longer be accepted with applications received on or after the 27th July 2020. The entire application will be returned for the correct method of fee payment.
