Note to Practitioners: applications for the Criminal Legal Aid Panel

Applications for inclusion on the 2025 panel must be received in the Courts Service Centralised Office in Castlebar Courthouse no earlier than 1 December and no later than 20 December 2024.
To be placed on the Solicitors Criminal Legal Aid (CLA) Panel, solicitors are required to submit a completed Application Form (in Excel format), together with a copy of their current eTax Clearance Certificate (eTC), which must be valid on 1 December,
