High Court - President’s Notice - Hilary 2022 - Management of Court Proceedings.

This Notice amends that of the President of the High Court dated the 6^th of January 2022, insofar as it concerns Criminal proceedings in the Central Criminal Court.

Following a review by the relevant parties of current Covid 19 considerations on the 19^th January 2020, it has been decided to resume jury trials in the Central Criminal Court at all venues with effect from the 24^th January 2022.  Resumption of trials will be reliant on all court users continuing to follow Covid 19 public health measures and the Courts Service Covid 19 protocols.
