High Court Notice: Limited new criminal trials to commence from 16 November 2020

Wednesday 11th November, 2020. Having reviewed all relevant up to date Covid-19 considerations and advice, a new trial has been selected to commence next on Monday 16 November 2020 in the Central Criminal Court. A limited number of further trials will take place commencing Monday 23 November 2020, as it is believed that they can be safely heard once all concerned comply fully with public health as well as the Courts’ own Covid-19 guidance.
