Court of Appeal - Civil - Revised Practice Direction CA 06 issued

The President of the Court of Appeal has today signed a revised version of the Court of Appeal's Practice Direction CA 06 relating to 'Submissions, Books of Appeal and Authorities in Civil Appeals'

Parties are requested to note the updated practice direction.
