RE: COVID 19

 

IN RELATION TO COUNTY REGISTRAR’S CIVIL MOTION COURT AND FAMILY LAW / CASE PROGRESSION COURT – APRIL / MAY / JUNE 2020

The County Registrar will sit in Court with her Registrar on the Civil, Family Law and Case Progression days in May and June.

Civil and Family Law Motions court that were listed for 28th April 2020 are hereby adjourned to the next sitting being held on 26th May 2020

 

RE Civil and Family Law Motions: 26th May 2020 and 23rd June 2020 & Family Law Case Progression: 9th June 2020

To avoid unnecessary attendance in court the following will apply:-

For consent Orders the parties should submit to the County Registrar in advance of the Court an e-mail to carlowcourtoffice@courts.ie - setting out the terms agreed.  The County Registrar will make an order in the agreed terms.

An Order will issue in the usual way.

Non consent matters will be adjourned to the October dates.

This Practice Direction will be in force for the duration of lockdown and social distancing.
